Im a public speaker and always looking for a way to deliver my content smoothly. This is the best app to help me write my script, put it in front of me when Im doing videos, or live performances, and never lose track of where I am. Easy to use too, even for non-technicians. It used to cost thousands for this type of tool. Not anymore.

I was in the middle of a best man speech when it popped up a modal asking me to rate it on the App Store. This modal had no cancel button, and the only apparent way to exit it was to click a button that took you out of the app. Overall as a presentation device it worked well, but thats irrelevant if you cant rely on it in the situation.

This is a very good teleprompter app. I’ve used it directly with iPhone and iPad for videoing from those devices. I also use it with a mirrored screen when I want to use the 4K camera. Get this one instead of the new Video Teleprompter app Joe just created. This one is much better. Can’t figure out why he did another one.

Why didnt I think of this great app? Ronald Reagan would loved it.

I love this app, use it all the time. One request... If possible could you put an option in there to add margins to the text? I have a small TelePrompTer mirror that is a little too small for my iPhone 6plus and it would work great if I could set margins. Thanks!!

Great toolfor anyone who likes to give speeches. I wish the speed of the Teleprompter was controlled by your voice.

App itself seems to work fine so far. But soon after I paid $10 to purchase it, a modal pops up (that I couldnt cancel!) with the only option being to come here and "rate the app". So since you forced me here, Im rating the user experience accordingly. Four stars for the app, zero stars for the inescapable modal = two stars. You got my $10, dont force me to also review your app.

I like this app. Really easy to figure out how to use it immediately. Controlling the speed is simple.

Shouldnt do that when people use your app, which well done, for love speaking .

This app works just like it said it would. 5 stars try it you wont be disappointed. The price is right to.

I PAID for the pro app. Then the developer just locked me out until I left a review on here. Im busy and this it a terrible way to treat someone who paid for an app..

Does exactly as advertised. Was able to complete my project in a professional manner. Supports import from Dropbox and allows control from Bluetooth devices.

This app description explicitly shows that a purchase will unlock the camera to record but in reality they want to stick you with an additional $5 to purchase the camera plug in. Not worth $15 total.

I was at a client’s location for three full days of shooting product videos. The scripts had been written and we were struggling with how the product managers could handle nearly 7 minutes each of different on-camera shots. Then the epiphany - there’s an app for that. A 1 AM I downloaded and tested TP and at 8 AM we were holding the iPad up under the lens of the camera and rockin’. The managers loved it and could not stop talking about how much easier it was to shoot product videos. After spending nearly 90 hours editing and looking at them on camera, the proximity of the iPad under the camera lens and the tightness of the scrolling text very rarely caused them to look like they were reading. I came off as a miracle worker and Joe Allen gets an extra star on this review for making my shoot so successful.

I had been using the free version of this app and aside from being emailed asking me to tell what I was using it for (not your business) and being prodded to rate it in the App Store in an annoying way, I really liked it. I decided to upgrade because I liked the idea of being able to use my iPad as a prompter while also using the front camera to record. The entry for the paid app in the iStore explicitly says you can do that. There is a camera button that brings up that camera. But when you hit record instead of recording you get a popup ad telling you to go back to the iStore to buy ANOTHER version of the app that will let you record video. Yeah, I just paid ten dollars specifically to get that functionality and didnt. Ill be deleting all versions of this app and starting over with another companys prompter app.

Never used a TelePrompTer before, so for the first experience it has been great.

Great app. Annoying as heck forcing me to rate it when I need to use it ASAP.
